Provincial RIS and PACS Project
Forty six DSM Diagnostic Imaging (DI) facilities are able to electronically share diagnostic images and reports across the province thanks to the Provincial RIS and PACS (Radiology Information System and a Picture Archive Communication System) Project, which partnered with DSM, Manitoba Health, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and Brandon Regional Health Authority to create filmless DI environments for the benefit of patient care.
